If you are receiving this form, you are a Coach, Community/Troop/Religious Leader, STEM Special/Electives, or a Visual/Performing Arts Teacher. You have been chosen to evaluate this student as they start the application process for admission to our school for the upcoming academic year. We seek students that are academically strong AND that will benefit from up to a 97% tuition scholarship which is provided to all of our students.
We are a private college-preparatory school for 6th-12th grade students located 20 miles east of downtown Houston, established in 1969. We are situated on 50+ acres in a rural setting and also offer a weekly boarding option for those that may not be able to commute daily.
We look forward to getting to know the candidate through your lens. This three-page form typically takes thirty minutes to complete.
