Life in a Day at Chinquapin

Recent Alumnus Thomas Su aims to educate Chinquapin Prep applicants by creating a documentary that includes footage of the campus and insightful interviews about Chinquapin. The finished product of his junior project serves as an alternative means for Chinquapin's applicants to discover the school.

  • Students

"Being a part of this school, I feel like I'm a part of something so much more than myself, so much more than even my education. I am helping to break stereotypes..."
  • Faculty

"...As a teacher, Chinquapin inspires me to continue living out its motto, Quid pro Quo, or “something for something”, by believing in my students' successes just as others believed in mine.”
  • Alumni

"My love for Chinquapin has pushed me to challenge myself and ultimately make me a better person. Chinquapin has been a home for many inner city youth for years. If you were to take a tour around campus you would see why."
  • Board

"I support Chinquapin because I believe in the School’s mission of providing the best college preparatory education for those who would not otherwise have the opportunity..."
