Chinquapin Students in the Gym

An Ode to a Burr

From Chinquapin’s fields they rise,
Carved by challenge, bright and wise.
With hearts of strength, they learned to soar,
Through corridors of knowledge’s core.

They walked the path where few have gone,
With grit and grace, they carried on.
Now in the world, they boldly stand,
With wisdom gained from Chinquapin’s hand.

A family forged, a future bright,
Alumni shining in the light.
From Highlands fields, to dreams they cling—
Chinquapin gave them roots and wings.
