Invest in Opportunity – Support Chinquapin Students

become-img-1

Why Give?

Chinquapin Prep students have access to a rigorous education, regardless of their financial circumstances. Your support provides life-changing opportunities—empowering students to thrive academically, attend top colleges, and become leaders in their communities.

Each accepted student is offered a scholarship that covers tuition, transportation, and meals.

We offer tuition on a sliding scale ranging from $50 to $350 per month. This amount accounts for approximately 2.5% of the school’s total budget.

Chinquapin offers a full boarding and day program for students in grades six through twelve.

🔹 $25,000 sponsors a full year of tuition for one student

Monthly Giving

Join the Scholars Circle

Become a sustaining donor and provide consistent support for our students. A gift of just $25/month helps fund academic programs, college counseling, and essential resources.

Sponsor a Student

It costs about $25,000 to educate a Chinquapin student for one year. Help us cover these costs by considering underwriting all or a portion of the annual tuition and directly changing a student’s future.

Corporate Matching & Sponsorships

Double your impact! Many employers offer matching gift programs, where they will match your donation to Chinquapin Prep, essentially doubling your contribution. Some companies also match gifts made by retirees and/or spouses. Contact your employer for more information. We also welcome corporate sponsorships for our annual sporting clays fundraiser and other programs. Please reach out to Laura Hipps with questions.

Planned Giving – Leave a Legacy

Consider including Chinquapin in your will or estate plans to ensure future generations of students benefit from a transformational education.

Volunteer

Chinquapin operates on a lean budget, so we value and rely on support from the broader community. Volunteer opportunities include mentoring, assisting with interviews, college essays, and applications, providing student internships, chairing a fundraising event, hosting or coordinating an information session, connecting Chinquapin to community leaders to advance our admissions efforts, and helping to maintain the large campus, including groundskeeping and building repairs .

We welcome suggestions for other ways for volunteers to get involved and encourage you to reach out to Laura Hipps.
